- Radio and wireless systems
Historical Overview
- In March of that year, the first issue of Telecommunications Review was published by the Association of Polish Teletechnicians with the support of the Ministry of Posts and Telegraphs. This monthly was devoted to telephony, telegraphy, signaling, and radio, thus covering a fairly broad range of issues then called low-current. The journal was addressed to the community of teletechnical engineers and to some extent also radio engineers.
- A supplement titled Telecommunications Review appeared in the issues of Teletechnical Review, intended for technicians and installers.
- Soon, in 1935, Telecommunications Review became an independent monthly.
- In 1939, the Association of Polish Teletechnicians merged with the Association of Polish Electricians, and both monthlies, while maintaining their separate identities, changed their names to Przegląd Telekomunikacyjny and Wiadomości Telekomunikacyjne. Since 2021, the journal has been published as a bimonthly.
